If you have not done so this year, please make sure to pay your annual assessments. They are only $60 for the year (per lot) and we rely on them for things like the Halloween Party, road and gate repairs, as well as general maintenance and upgrades of the entryway and mailboxes. We are able to keep the assessments so low thanks to neighborhood volunteers and consistent, reliable payments from our neighbors. Last year, every single neighbor made at least one payment and I would like to thank each and everyone of you for that. This year we have received payment from approximately 2/3rds of our neighbors.  If we are to continue to keep assessments low and neighborhood involvement and upkeep high, we need your help.
