Big Valley is a gated subdivision located in Medina County, Northwest of San Antonio in the Texas Hill Country. Developed in 1984, Big Valley contains over 100 lots ranging in size from 3/4 of an acre to over 5 acres. Our quiet valley includes a mix of mobile, modular and traditional built homes. All property owners in good standing are automatically members of Big Valley Homeowner's Association. Our Board of Directors consists of four volunteer members. Big Valley Homeowner's Association is a not for profit 501(c)(3) corporation and self-managed by these dedicated volunteers.
